We can not praise Kelly and her team of fitters enough for the help, service and product supplied. Right from our first visit where we clearly had no idea what we wanted. Kelly visited us, measured up our bathroom and provided various options to consider. We decided what we wanted and opted for the range of products which best suited our needs and placed an order. When Jack & Simon arrived to fit the bathroom they too were excellent. Quick, very tidy, even down to the protective floor covering for our wooden floors. They were with us for the week, in which time they gutted the bathroom, tiled the floor, walls and skimmed the ceiling, installed toilet, sink unit, bath, shower unit, storage cupboards including illuminated bathroom cabinet. The electrics were provided by Mike who fitted new ceiling lights, extractor fan (which is amazingly efficient!) An absolutely stunning renovation!! Thank you Kelly, Jack, Simon and Mike.

If you need an en suite or a bathroom refreshing or a new installation I can highly recommend Freshwater Bathrooms and tiles. Kelly the owner of this business gives her clients the utmost attention at all times, she visits intermittently throughout the installation process and discusses any variations to the design that may or may not be necessary. I found the entire process to be smooth and high quality. The team that work for Kelly at FBT are polite clean and efficient, they were on time every day and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day and paid attention to detail, they quite obvioulsy took pride in their work. I am delighted with the quality of the finish and the quality of the component parts that I have in my en-suite and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants a quality installation.

I would absolutely recommend Freshwater Bathrooms and Tiles. Kelly is very knowledgeable and demonstrated tact and patience throughout the planning stages, whilst we sourced all the elements for a new bathroom. Kelly made sure they were right for me and gave me as much time as I needed to make decisions. There was a total absence of any ‘sales pressure’. She has a ‘can do’ attitude – no challenge was too great! Lee, Jack & Joe did an amazing job with the installation of the new bathroom – they demonstrated a high level of workmanship and the installation was impressively neat and carried out with care and respect to my home. Kelly made commitments and kept them. One of the things that I valued the most was Kelly’s calls at the end of each day during installation – I always knew what I was coming home to and there were no surprises. She was always available to respond to any queries. Kelly and her colleagues are diligent, hard-working and have a great sense of humour – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new bathroom!

I would not hesitate to recommend Freshwater Bathrooms to anyone. They supplied products for our bathroom and the service received from Kelly was absolutely amazing and went far beyond her remit. It is very rare to encounter such excellent service these days; well done Kelly!

I can't recommend Kelly and her team enough! Right from the beginning Kelly was so helpful and couldn't do enough to help us decide on our new bathroom, she was informative without being pushy and had the patience of a saint whilst we changed our minds! When it came to the installation of the bathroom Ian and Chris were fantastic.. They were quick and efficient and clearly knew their stuff, they cleaned up after themselves each day and were always friendly to my 2 boys who had lots of questions! I'm so pleased with my new bathroom and will certainly use Kelly at freshwater again when the time comes to do bathroom number two!
