Fantastic all round service & fantastic product (our purchase: tabbed, pleated blinds - measured ourselves and ordered online). We really can't praise this company highly enough and we would't hesitate to use them again or recommend to others. We required 13 blinds for our utility/sunroom/kitchen & lounge - with such a large order we were hesitant about using a company online who we had never heard of prior to our google searches.
