Sponsored walk to raise funds for Skanda Vale Hospice. Choose the 10-mile adventure walk or the 5-mile family-friendly walk.
On our Pembrokeshire Coastal Footpath walk, each step you take helps to create space for hospice care that refuses to be rushed. Whether you’re drawn to gentle beach strolls or invigorating cliff paths, we’ve created two routes that welcome all abilities.
So choose your path, gather your sponsors, and add your presence to a community saying something important: that how we journey with each other matters as much as where we’re going.
Practical Details
- Date: Monday, 26th May (Bank Holiday)
- Registration: 8:30am for 10-mile walk, 9:30am for 5-mile walk
- Minimum Sponsorship: Individual: £75, Family: £100
The 10-Mile Adventure
Moderate-Hard Difficulty
- Starting point: Aberbach
- Route highlights: Via Parrog
- Ending point: Nevern Village
- What you’ll experience: Seven distinct beaches, dramatic cliff paths, and the kind of views that will stop you in your tracks. Ideal for experienced walkers looking for a more demanding route.
The 5-Mile Family-Friendly Journey (children 7 years or older)
Medium-Moderate Difficulty
- Starting point: Aberfforest Beach
- Ending point: Nevern Village
- What you’ll experience: Three beautiful beaches, gentle coastal paths, and views that remind us why slowing down matters. Perfect for families and those who prefer a more relaxed pace while still enjoying the coastal magic of Pembrokeshire.
Both walks conclude at Nevern Village Hall, where we’ll come together for a community lunch – a chance to connect, refuel, and reflect on the difference we’re making together.
