In 1990 a local community committee in partnership with an old YMCA facility in the village, succeeded in securing grant funding for a new community village hall. The new building was completed in 2000 and now offers excellent modern facilities for a wide range of activities. Registered Charity Number: 251801

This hall was built during the 1910's and opened in 1922.

Provides a focal point for the many community activities in this area. Additional facilities on the campus include a leisure centre, theatre, primary and secondary school together with an integrated children’s centre.
