  • Tuesday 28th October - Until Sunday 2nd November
Westgate Oxford is hosting free activities to keep the family entertained this October half term, from curious treasure trails and crafting capers to the centre’s first ever ‘dogwalk’.

Hatter’s Hunt, a brand-new permanent Alice in Wonderland-themed trail produced by The Story Museum launched on 25th October, inviting guests of all ages to go down a rabbit hole of clues, riddles, and surprises to find the five plaques hidden throughout the centre.

To participate, guests can pick up a free trail map from the Guest Services desk opposite JD Sports. Once the map is completed, families can return it to a member of the Guest Services team to receive a prize.

The centre’s Crafting Club has returned until Friday 31st October, located inside Social Street Food from 11am – 5pm. Guests can get creative with a variety of Halloween-themed activities, including bracelet and necklace beading, colouring, painting, and mask decorating.

Finally, to celebrate Westgate Oxford’s new dog-friendly amenities including water bowls, dog treats, and convenient waste bag dispensers, the centre is rolling out the red carpet for its four-legged visitors with the inaugural Westgate Woofer’s Mutt Strutt on 1st November.

Guests and their canine companions are invited to take centre stage on the specially designed ‘dogwalk’ in Middle Square, showing off their best strut and style. Participants will be treated to goodies from premium dog food brand Butternut Box.
