Holocaust Memorial Day occurs on 27th January and is an opportunity for us to remember the millions of people killed in the Holocaust, Nazi Persecution and in subsequent genocides.
This year, Oldham Council, Mahdlo Youth Zone and Oldham Interfaith Forum have joined together to host a commemorative event on Wednesday, 27 January 2016 at Mahdlo Youth Zone.
Starting at 6:00pm, the commemoration will be opened by The Worshipful, The Mayor of Oldham, Councillor Ateeque Ur-Rehman and will follow with a performance by young people from Oldham Theatre Workshop as well as workshop sessions across Mahdlo Youth Zone.
