  • Mile Cross Methodist Church, 341 Aylsham Road, Norwich
    NR3 2RU
  • Saturday 25th July 2:30pm until 4:40pm
One of Norfolk's leading Men's choirs, Norwich's Phoenix Male Voice Choir, presents a varied mix of male voice choral songs in matinee and evening performances, to celebrate the music of the 1960's.

Norwich’s Phoenix Male Voice Choir invites you to its 'Summer of Love' on consecutive weekends at Mile Cross Methodist Church, 341 Aylsham Road, Norwich NR3 2RU, with concerts of the same programme of songs from the decade that brought you the Beach Boys, Beatle Mania, Bob Dylan and Ben E King.

With the Choir’s Musical Director, Sarah Grimes, taking the rostrum as usual, and Mi-Sung Lee providing the piano accompaniment, not only will the Singing Men offer all of the above and more, but the programme will also contain several solo and small group items put forward by various members of the Choir's singing ranks.

Performances will be held on Saturday 25th July at 2.30pm (afternoon matinee) and Saturday 1st August at 7.30pm (evening performance).

Tickets are £10 and available from the Choir's Box Office, with admission on the day subject to capacity from 2.00pm (matinee) and 7.00pm (evening), with all major debit and credit cards accepted.  Additionally, accompanied young people can come to the matinee for half-price at the door.   Interval refreshments will also be available.

The Choir will be raising funds as usual for its Charity of the Year, which for 2026 is the East Anglian Air Ambulance (Charity No. 1083876), by holding a raffle and a retiring bucket collection at each concert, all proceeds of which will be donated to the charity to further their valuable work.
