Kate was very enthusiastic and did an amazing job on my undercut. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. A beautiful, effective pattern executed superbly and it didn't take long either. She managed to fit me in at short notice and also strand tested my hair for me despite not having time to colour it herself. I love that all the products used were cruelty free, vegan and with minimal chemicals. I will have to fly back to Norwich next time I need my hair cut!

I visited the salon for the first time yesterday, I'm so happy with my hair. Kate went to lots of effort to give me a perfect cut for my hair type and I left wit it looking really smooth and healthy!
Kate has been my hairdresser for over a couple of years now. Almost every time I go in I ask for something a little (or a lot different!) and I always leave very happy - she'll tell me if she doesn't think a style or a colour will be quite right for me which is good. I love that she listens to who I am and how I want to look. She is passionate about being kind to the planet, which is very important to me. The colour is so natural and people often ask who does my hair!
Visited Orb for the first time today after trying a number of other hairdresser since moving to Norwich a few years ago. Left the salon with a fabulous haircut which I am loving more and more. The whole experience was brilliant and such wonderful products too that don't cost the earth. Thank you Kate! :o)
I visited Orb Organic for the first time yesterday. Anna gave me the best haircut, I have ever had! I'm so pleased with the cut, it is right for my hair, and will be easy and versatile for me to cope with. The salon is welcoming, and made me relax straight away. I cannot fault the whole experience in any way. I would rate Orb Organic, as 5 star+. I have already made an appointment for a cut and colour, in March, and look forward to going back then!

I have a difficult hair type (curly and thick) and Anna always knows how to style it for easy maintenance. When I first went in to the salon half a year ago, my hair was a mess - damaged,dry and split at the ends,but Anna has done such a wonderful job at restoring it!
Staff are very knowledgeable about hair and the products that will help with styling issues, I can't imagine going anywhere else!

Today was my first visit to Orb, but it won't be my last. The friendliness, the genuine interest in individual needs and wishes, the expert advice, the lovely products, the spirit of fun - all that and more went to make my haircut a great experience. Oh, and I love the cut, it really suits my face and my hair. What more could one ask!
My first time at Orb's and I have made an another appointment for March. Kate is wonderful, has a great understanding of hair texture and styles. I left her salon feeling extremely happy: a truly wonderful experience. What's more, the products are organic and smell gorgeous. I would recommend her salon without hesitation.

I have been visiting Orb for just over two years and see Anna. Anna's cuts are great and the colour is absolutely fantastic as well as being organic and not harming animals. You could eat the Kevin Murphy conditioner it smells so good and my hair has never been in better condition. My visits to Orb have become a special bit of 'me' time in the month. Honestly the best hairdressers I've ever been to. In every respect great. Parking on the doorstep, salon atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable, Anna and Kate are both lovely, skilled and care about what they do. Plus products are organic and not tested on animals! Ticks all my boxes.
The salon is calm and welcoming. Both Anna and Kate are friendly, with a great commitment to individualised service. Anna has cut my hair twice now and took a lot of time with a consultation to make sure she gave me the cut I wanted. She then executed it perfectly, great attention to detail (what you want in a hairdresser) and not rushed through.
It was my first time visiting Orb Hairdressers and I have to say it was one of the best hairdressers I have ever been to .Kate the owner was so caring and friendly and gave me some fantastic advice and advised some products that have really mad a difference to my hair, I've already booked my next appointment and I would recommend to anyone
Kate & Anna are great hairdressers and I always look forward to coming to Orb. The salon is always warm, friendly and welcoming, plus clean. I come all the way from London to visit it's that good. They always listen to what you want and respect that. Simply, the best!

I had my first haircut with Anna back in September and instantly felt comfortable with her and the salon. I then booked in for a colour in November, and came in slightly confused about what I wanted to do, along with a barnet that definietly had spent too much time with straighteners. It didn't take Anna long though to figure something out on the spot and in the end we changed it all, the colour and the style.
I love my new cut and colour, and my hair feels so much better after taking a lot of the damaged hair off. I am certainly not touching hair straighteners for a while, and neither do I need to.
Huge thanks to Anna, and not only for the cut and colour, but also for the fact she was absolutely fine about working longer to sort it out.

Kate (the owner) is professional, friendly, and talented at her job. She listened to what I liked and didn't like about my hair and adeptly cut it accordingly! My collar bone length bob looks hella cute (or "wicked") and I cannot wait to show it off to everyone I know! Thanks Kate!
My first visit to Orb and I left with the best haircut I have had in years. Kate did a fantasic job, she was careful to only used vegan products, she gave me a fantastic moden cut and she managed to shave a few years off my looks in the process. I am very, very pleased - I got what I asked for!! Thankyou so much.
Great location, nicely decorated, Fantastic hair products. The ladies will always make you feel very welcome, Anna is seriously the best hair dresser I have ever had, she takes her times and really listens to what the customer wants.

My first visit here (last week) and it certainly won't be my last! I had my hair cut by Anna who did a superb job. She took time to understand what I wanted and I came away with the best cut I've had in years. None of that feeling, so prevalent in other salons, that you were going to be in the chair for the minimum time possible. Add to that the bright & pleasant salon, great teas and excellent products and I couldn't be happier.

I've had my hair done twice by Anna and both times I have been extremely impressed by the transformation! She managed to fix my botched DIY hair cut and turn my dry fragile ends silky smooth and lush. She really knows what shes doing and took the time to explain what my hair needed and why, and how to continue what she taught me myself at home. She is very friendly and accomodating as well! Plus the salon itself is lovely and colourful with great art and a fantastic selection of teas. All this on top of being as naturally based/eco-friendly as possible- I will be a returning customer for sure!
This girl knows her stuff! Everything about this place (even the coffee) is organic and in a heartfelt, unpretentious way. I'm not entirely sure what she did to my hair but it looks the best it ever has. Had a cut and colour and Kate advised me throughout what she was doing and made recommendations throughout. I'm still in shock at the results, it's amazing! Colours vibrant and hair looks alive for the first time in years. My daughter also had her hair cut and I can't keep her away from mirrors. She even gets up early (previously unheard of) to pay it more attention she's that pleased with it. Thanks so much Kate, I certainly won't be going anywhere else to get my hair done & have already recommended you to a few friends who've commented on my hair. X
