Spectrum Northants - A Northamptonshire Charity established for 41 years, providing support to adults with Learning Difficulties and Mental Health issues.

The three key elements of Spectrum's ethos are

Living, Learning and Working

With two centers one in Duston and one in the town center of Northampton where individuals can learn work and Life skills This can lead to employment opportunities, work placements and voluntary posts. Gaining practical skills and confidence is a key part of finding work in the open market as is teamwork and communication skills.

Service users are able to learn the skills they will need to manage their lives including cookery, gardening, well-being and a host of essential life skills. Training in budgeting and money management, computing skills and nutritional guidance is also included in the programme. Numeracy & Literacy and access to educational courses are encouraged and an interest in the creative arts and crafts is encouraged.

We offer a range of packing, assembly and finishing services for local businesses who benefit from the satisfaction of providing worthwhile work for our clients and receiving a high quality service for themselves.
