Motor Neurone Disease Association - British charity, operating in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, established in 1979 by a group of volunteers to coordinate care, support, and research for people affected by amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, which is a form of motor neurone disease.

The Motor Neurone Disease Association is the only national charity in England, Wales and Northern Ireland focused on MND care, research and campaigning.

Our Strategy for the future

Our vision of “A world free from MND’ is outlined in the MND Association’s Strategy for 2013-16. We report back on our progress against this plan every year in our Impact Report. Our Annual Report gives full details of our financial statements.
