Both my wife and I enjoyed a lovely meal at the Back Street Bistro. The combination of food, service and atmosphere made for a memorable evening. Would recommend the Meal Deal (£24.95 for 2 courses for 2 people) available Monday to Friday 5-7pm. Good value and great choice.

I love this eatery. Nice decor and setting, friendly staff, good service, great wine list and just the best food around. Now it isnʼt inexpensive, but you get what you pay for and the quality of meals ...all courses we have had were just superb, and when it comes to steaks, my partner is fussy...but the plate is always cleared!!! I canʼt wait until we visit again...and it is so handy to a couple of good bars to head out for a drink after, but there is no pressure to move on.

The food speaks for itself. We like to try new places and when Back Street Bistro opened we looked forward to our first foray. We were not dissapointed and enjoyed a truly exquisite well priced meal. We have been back many times since and Davy has always been on hand to ensure everything is up to the usual standard. The varied menu is always enjoyable and the food always of a very high standard. The atmosphere has never failed to dissapoint.

I love this restaurant, it is definitely one of my favourites at the moment. There is always loads of choice on the menu and the quality of the food is excellent. Last week when I was there with a group of friends I had the tempura prawns and the Asian beef stirfry which was delicious! If you havenʼt tried the bistro yet you should give it a go. You wonʼt be disappointed.

at last trully the best restaurant in bangor had a party of 8 on sat night in the back street food was to die 4 fish was the best i have ever eaten, fab staff couldnt do enough for you really recommended to try . I liked the way the chef came out to talk to you was very inpressed Well done guys keep the good work up

Had a meal at the Back Street at the weekend with some friends. I had the Chicken Pasta dish which was delicious!! one of my friends had the beetroot risotto which sounded unusual but was really tasty. Love this place!!

Fantastic food, great service. I have eaten out here several times and have never been disappointed yet. The last two times I was in a large group of girls, we had such a great meal and the atmosphere was so good we stayed until closing time, what I especially liked was the fact that we werenʼt chased out straight after our meal. Always busy which is always a good sign. I would highly recommend it.

Superb food (especially the the risotto), great value, excellent customer service, undoubtely one of the best if not the best eating house in Bangor.
