Paul Foster wins 'Young Chef of the Year 2011' at The Observer Food Monthly Awards

There is an air of excitement and pride in the kitchen at Tuddenham Mill as Paul Foster, Head Chef, has added yet another accolade to his growing collection by winning Young Chef of the Year at The Observer Food Monthly Awards 2011.

At a star-studded ceremony, Paul was presented with the coveted award by the highly regarded Jay Rayner and Thomasina Miers.  To be recognised alongside other renowned names from the culinary world such as Heston Blumenthal, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Michael Roux Senior was a huge honour for Paul and a very proud moment for Tuddenham Mill.
