The Farmland Museum and Denny Abbey are holding a festive delight this weekend with a traditional Dickensian Christmas as the evenings draw ever closer and Christmas is on its way!

The festivities will be commencing from midday until 4.30pm, keeping the children entertained with activities and entertainment throughout the day and then a stunning candlelit carol service from 16.00-16.30 as the night closes and the chill sets in.

Nothing beats the cold like a warming atmosphere and of course fantastic coffee from the café - just make sure you take a torch and wrap up warm to enjoy the simple yet effective fun of this Dickensian delight!

There is a small fee, with adults at £5.50, concessions £4.50 and children at £3.50, but filling your afternoon and delving into the evening, this is a great way to spend a Saturday!

Visit the Farmland Museum and Denny Abbey's traditional Dickensian Christmas for contact details and location and get Christmassy this weekend (if you haven’t already!)
