As families across the UK observe a two minute silence for Armistice Day today, Newmarket Council have outlined details for their Rememberance Day ceremony this Sunday.
11am today marked the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month that peace returned to Europe following the end of the First World War.
Newmarket will lead its own Rememberance Day service on Sunday 14th November, this weekend, from 2pm at the war memorial.
