Whether you're a twinkle toed two stepper, a disco diva or just a Strictly Come Dancing armchair expert, dance classes and lessons are an increasingly popular way to keep fit in a relaxed, fun environment.

Whether it's ballroom or breakdance, dancing offers a great way for men and women of all ages and fitness levels to enjoy a simple and affordable way of improving their health and overall wellbeing.

Salsa classes in particular have been popping up at bars and pubs across the UK, as the craze for dancing continues to sweep the nation.

Developed in Cuba during the 1970s, the varying styles, rhythms and movements of Salsa enable dancers to enjoy a low impact, simple and fun way to keep fit, stay healthy and look good whilst doing it.

Cuban-heeled wannabes across Newmarket can now enjoy this exciting new way to keep fit each week at the Rutlands Arms Hotel.

With the next class starting tomorrow evening, Thursday 28th October, at 7:45pm, the classes cost just £5 per person and are open to everyone, from beginners to professionals.
