Take advantage of this fantastic offer from the Newbury Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre to try out all the great facilities and fitness programmes on offer – for free!

This is a great opportunity to find out how the whole family can get fit and have fun! No prior experience is necessary. The beauty of Nuffield Health is that it is a Not for Profit organisation, with excellence in healthcare, at the forefront of all that it does. This means you can get a membership and an exercise plan that is designed to suit your individual health and fitness needs.

In addition to this exciting open weekend, you can take advantage another great offer - become a member and there are no joining or membership fees to pay until February – including family memberships.

Saturday is Personal Training Taster Day, where you can enjoy free taster sessions of the following activities (you must be over 16 years of age):

·        Thump Boxing

·        Nordic Walking

·        Bleep Fitness Testing

·        Nutrition Advice

·        Specialist Weight Training

·        Multi Gym Challenge

Both Saturday and Sunday why not take the kids, aged under 5, to try a range of fun activity sessions.

Also on both days, adults can try out the other centre facilities that include the Gym, Pool, Group Activity Classes and Squash Courts.

Please wear suitable clothing for the gym and taster sessions that must include comfortable clothes (no jeans) and trainers. Full changing facilities are available.
