After buying a laptop from Ben at PC Direct, the fantastic service didn't stop there. Any software problems I encountered were quickly resolved, and after a malicious virus attack on the computer, Ben cleaned it up completely, even backing up all of my valuable files so nothing was lost. I now take my machine in every 6 months for a tune up, and i can honestly say it is still running as smoothly as the day I bought it! Can't reccomend this guy highly enough!
