Celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary for a family meal, with myself, partner, sister, brother in law, 9month old nephew as well as the happy couple. Couldn’t argue about the food, though no baby changing facilities, embarrassingly the little one needed a change and my sister needed to take the little to Starbucks for a nappy change. Are babies not allowed out on family occasions?! How bizzare!

Tim is highly knowledgeable and has been patient with us throughout the process so far answering all our questions and enabling us to understand each step that we need to take. The process of submitting a planning application for a simple single garage quickly became very stressful due to conflicting information on the planning portal and a lack of clarity from the local planning authority. Our application was rejected and we were given a deadline to submit further information that we didn't understand. This added to the stress as we just didn't know what to do to progress the application.
As soon as I contacted Tim at Jed design he quickly explained everything. He is really approachable, and friendly and put us at ease immediately. He understood exactly what type and style of garage I wanted and within two weeks he'd made a set of perfect drawings and returned all the relevant paperwork to the council and the application was promptly registered. We felt an enormous sense of relief. He was very happy to act as our agent too and our project was approved just within the council's self imposed eight week approval deadline.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services. Thank you Tim for an amazing job.
