Kirsty was fantastic and suggested plenty of options for a big group BBQing outside. Very responsive before we arrived, and the quality of the meat was outstanding. They even smoked us a pork belly overnight that we could reheat in the coals. Extraordinarily tender and juicy. Can’t recommend enough!

Lovely people with lovely ideas for our welfare and healthy eating. So many choices for home grown excellence within 25 metres from where you are standing. If natural taste and the way it comes together with the way it is nurtured with loving care is important to you, come on down - preferably on your bike than by BMW !

We had a mid ride tea stop here today at the Canvas Cafe. A medium sized marquee hosting a great cafe with the usual tea and cakes that you'd expect from a good cafe stop.
Prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. There were around fifteen of us to serve but the waitresses were great.
There was plenty of indoor seating but we all sat outside once we'd removed the chairs from inside the marquee.
The cafe is very cycle friendly with plenty of bike parking and refills of our water bottles no problem for the helpful staff.
A very pleasant visit to a lovely cafe.

The piglets were really squeally, made me laugh. The warm scones were delicious. The strawberry jam was home made. Bought some lamb and rosemary sausages, had them for tea - super!

What a gem, butchers come deli loads of top quality local produce. And they sell their own organic, antibiotics free meat. Well worth a trip.

Farm shop, cafe and glamping all neatly presented on this small farm. Award winning meats are available from the shop, great cakes from the cafe and even a wood fired hot tub at the campsite.

Lovely place, helpful staff and great food. The sausages are great, as are all the cuts of meat we’ve tried. The little extras like local eggs and sauces etc are really lovely too

The meat is amazing and such a wonderful selection that you would not see in supermarkets or local butchers e.g. hogget. The quality of the meat is superb and things like home made corned beef and wonderful dried meats are a treat. Plus there is a great selection of wine and organic veg and salad. And best of all the friendly and knowledgable staff

The people and their friendly welcome, the roaming animals, it’s beautiful surroundings but most of all the belief and passion behind its success.

Waterloo Cottage Farm keeps going up and up in its efforts to create a one stop shop for all your - very healthy, sustainable - products, even including wines and beers! The meat is second to none, pasture fed with full traceability; they provide organic vegetables via edibLE16, have given over an area of land for a very successful community garden, there are luxury yurts on another part of their farm and now there's a 'Canvas Cafe' - you don't need to go anywhere else for all your needs! Service is always friendly and helpful, you're always sure of a warm welcome - and you can even admire their latest family of piglets.
