Decided to give this place a try - very nice and fresh tasting sushi, we had the platter for 2 and it was more than enough for us.
The only thing I cannot recommend are the desserts; the 'Green Tea Ice' does not look presentable as a dessert at all, it's just like a green tea foam on a plate? The 'Japanese Cake' isn't Japanese cake at all, it's just a bigger mochi, so if you were expecting a traditional fluffy cake, do not order! So the 3 desserts are, Mochi, Bigger Mochi or Green Tea Foam - avoid!
Overall though, the sushi tasted great and the price is typical for sushi and I can't knock it down a point over the desserts.

Fantastic sushi, all freshly made as you wait and complimentary soup to start. The platter for four was delicious and the children loved it

Brilliant place, lovely fresh sushi you can see the chefs prepare to order, friendly staff very attentive. And there’s a cat robot as a waiter. 10/10

Comfy seats rather than wooden to hustle you out with discomfort, great fresh food, free miso soup, what's there to dislike. A great addition to Market Harborough and different to your standard chains. I can certainly recommend this if you like Sushi, or always wanted to try it. Looking forward to trying a breakfast, and also hitting the hot food rather than sushi next time.

I had ordered takeaway, which at first wasn’t up to par compared to the couple of times I had dined in. When I called to let them know, they went above and beyond to make things right. While I may be more selective about what I get takeaway from here, it definitely doesn’t change my opinion on how great this place and the service is!

Second visit and still amazing. Excellent food, very fresh with varied menu. Friendly attentive staff who look interested. I have been to a lot of sushi restaurants and this is up there with the best. Highly recommended.

First time dinner at this new MH restaurant. Had sharing platter. Fish including tuna all fresh and prepared on site. Excellent.

Went for lunch here and the food was amazing! Service was also excellent. Really recommend going to this restaurant. The best sushi in Leicestershire! If you’ve not tried sushi before also and are hesitant they also do some really lovely hot meals like Pad Thai and chicken katsu curry. We had the Katsu and a sushi platter for one and a bento box, all were delicious!

Unfortunately the tuna was not fresh, decent for a place like MH. However, genuine sushi goers may struggle to appreciate this place.
Lastly, the service was inattentive. No one to clear up our plates or move menus without prompt. May try again in the future to establish whether improvements had been made.

We had a wonderful lunch date today.
The service was friendly and we very much enjoyed our sushi choices from a comprehensive and uncomplicated menu. All were freshly prepared and presented beautifully.
We have visited other sushi restaurants in the past, Su & Shi surpasses all of them!
