I ordered through deliveroo and food was good but they didn't deliver my drink item and deliveroo wouldn't refund that item from my order so all in all a bit of a faff

Had a takeaway with some salmon nigiri to pair up with a Japanese gin on a gin tasting masterclass last week.
Let me say, it looked exciting and was delicious and paired up very well too.

We had the Salmon Nigiris at a Gin tasting event which was supplied by Su&Shi and it was fabulous. We will definitely be back for more in the very near future.

I pre-ordered the platter for 2 and chicken gyoza at 12 pm to collect at 2:30 pm. The platter was ready, but I had to wait for the gyoza,so I was offered some miso soup for free whilst I waited.
The food was delicious, and if you love sushi, I recommend it, as the price was good too.

Lunchtime, table had ben booked for some weeks, just opened for lunch, restaurant was not busy initially, and there were few people in when we arrived. It subsequently became busy - but long after our orders were placed.
This was our FOURTH visit.
Sadly, the worst.
Orders were a sushi platter for two, a katsu chicken and some sushi with rice. Four covers altogether.
I was encouraged - and pleased - that the hot katsu chicken arrived very quickly together with a bowl of rice for the other individual sushi order.
And then we waited - and waited - and waited.
After a visit to the counter to enquire after the delay, the remainder of the orders arrived, but by now, my first served guest had almost finished her katsu chicken and the bowl of rice accompaniment for the other individual sushi dish was cold. I asked for a replacement bowl of rice. This too seemed to take an age to be delivered, and I once again had to approach the counter. That was then brought to the table; apology - but no smiles. It seemed an 'effort'.
A party on a nearby table had similar service; hot dishes arrived and eventually their cold sushi dishes were delivered, but by then, some of their guests had almost finished.
Yes we were given some additional spring rolls to offset the poor service - but even those were brought to the table with barely a smile. Again, it seemed an 'effort'.
We didn't benefit from the robot delivery, which is very much a part of the entertainment experience; why not us? Other tables did.
Good food - poor service.
On that basis, we'll give it one more try before abandonment.

Very enjoyable evening with attentive staff and impeccably presented and delicious food with a free miso soup starter. Robot waiter adds to the fun and gives an authentic Japanese vibe. Reasonabaly priced and received a 10% off voucher for next time which can also be used for takeaways.

Coming from a non-sushi eater their sushi platter is incredible. Every piece tasted so fresh. Would absolutely recommend.

We visited Su&Shi for lunch yesterday and were delighted to find such fabulous dining experience in Market Harborough. We have eaten sushi in Japan so we're very happy to find authentic, excellent quality food that was beautiful presented a little closer to home! The service was excellent with lovely crockery and glassware. I have never left a restaurant review before but this place was so impressive I could not resist. We will be back.

Fantastic food, really tasty sushi and great udon. Also fab gyoza which my kids adore. Great service too with the nice touch of the cat robot delivery machine. All in all a lovely lunch.

We dropped in for a lunch and were delighted with this lovely restaurant. It has very spacious with big windows and is tastefully decorated with some Japanese blossoms hanging from the ceilings, creating a nice ambiance.

Our second time back and Id say quality was even better than our first time! Food was fresh and came quickly. We tried the bento box, platter for one and selection of hosomaki and some hot food. Good portion size, complimentary miso soup and very good service. So happy MH finally has this cuisine covered. Also nice decor, the robot server is cute. 😋

So glad we tried Su&Shi it was so so tasty! The food is so fresh and tastes amazing. Both me and my husband are already thinking of when we can go again. We had a platter for one with some additional side dishes and have left with very content bellies!

As mentioned before, the sushi (and other menu items) were all of a very acceptable standard and made a VERY nice change from standard restaurant fare BUT the waiting staff seem poorly trained and are very inattentive.
Well worth a visit but do not expect Asian style service in a Japanese restaurant Market Harborough.
Better front of house care would have resulted in a higher score.
