We ordered from Everest Lounge last night and 2 side dishes were missing from our order and one main wasn't quite what we ordered but being their first opening weekend after restrictions were lifted we understood they were probably just super busy.
We managed to speak to a manager and not only did they send the items straight away they were sincerely apologetic and we were humbled at their customer service to rectify it. Imagine our surprise this evening when the manager came over to apologise in person for the mistake aswell. Their customer service went above and beyond and we were so happy with the way they dealt with it. We would highly recommend ordering from Everest, the food was delicious.

This restaurant well worth a visit. Good atmosphere, attentive staff and an incredible menu of treats. Biggest problem is deciding what to choose among the range of Nepalese and other suggestions from all over the neighbouring countries. Just reopen after the lockdown with many new staff being coached effectively into their roles. Been here several times over the years and it is better every visit. If you like spicy food and are bored with the norm you should definitely do Everest.

The service is second to none. From the second we walked in until we left, we felt totally looked after. The food definitely matched the service. Every course was brought to table piping hot and full of flavour. This was our first visit to the Everest Lounge but it won’t be our last.

My husband and I visited here and cannot fault it. The service is superb, food fantastic and the staff are very attentive. Thanks for a great experience! Jake is particularly good at his job!

Ordered pasanda which is unique from other restaurant as most of the restaurants serve it spicy which I like but my friends cant take its heat. I always loved this curry and wanted my friends to try it. Here this curry retaining its pasanda taste withoutout heat was fabulous and my friends enjoyed it a lot.

I have become huge fan of this place. Food always freshly prepared and full of flavour. I am counting my days till they are allowed to open so that I can go in and try their food. Momos are my favourite, love Paneer Shaslik and Gurkhali for the main.

Just finished my first meal from Everest sloughs and WOW! I might get my second order in now! Delivery was on time, service was great over the phone and the food topped it off! Full of flavour and consistency perfect all round. Will definitely be back again, thank you Everest

I have used this restaurant many times, and the food is excellent. I do surges the Momo's and the Tibetan Fried Noodles as they are just amazing. The portions are huge and quality is 100%. Best Indian in town.

I am an avid traveler of the world and have been to India and Nepal many a time. And this restaurant is the ONLY restaurant In England that compares to the food out there. Absolutely awesome and great value for money, will definitely re visit.

One of the best takeaways in town. The menu selection is phenomenoaly good. It is always feshly prepared and well spiced.very authentic in their cooking. Try their momos. Give this place a try, you won't regret.

Sadly, not the best food experienced this evening. Both the main courses and side dishes were very bland in taste, it seemed that chef forgot to season our curries. They were edible but barely and not enjoyed. I don’t think we will return for another order but head back to another restaurant in the close proximity.

In these difficult times and not being able to eat at the Everest Lounge we decided to have their food delivered. We were not disappointed. It was one of the nicest curry’s we've eaten. Good quality food and a prompt delivery. We are hopeful that this restaurant will be able to open its doors very soon, we will be going for sure. Thankyou
