On recommendation from a friend, we were given Danny's number. He was very prompt to view our property, and was able to fit us in for the next day to have our old gutter pipes and fascias replaced. He and his team were very polite and right on time, and completed the job within 3 hrs. After completion of the job, they even cleaned up after.

The owner priced up the job and delivered to budget, seemed confident the fix would work and fitted us in next day. I have confidence that they'll come back if any touch ups needed. Really nice chaps, and tidied up well too.

I contacted DJ's property maintenance to look at a leaking gutter. Danny made arrangements to come over to see the problem early the next week. However, two days later, he called to say he was in the area, so was able to come earlier. His colleague was able to fix the problem on this first visit. Danny also spotted a damaged rainwater downpipe, which was also repaired at the same time. I found him to be very courteous and polite. After previously having issues getting other local companies to look at the job, it was great to be able to find DJ's who were prepared to do a small job and charge a reasonable rate.

Booked an appointment with Danny (proprietor) only last week. Did the refit today first class job with new gutters, soffits and fascias all around the house. Danny very swiftly identified the causes of multiple sources of damp on the property. Work was carried out the next week, quickly and efficiently. This is now drying out.

We had a issue where water was getting in via the fixed chimney breast causing our bedroom ceiling to have a water mark. It seems this was a fault by the original builders as there multiple issues with other houses on our estate. I contacted Danny based in feedback from a neighbour. Danny was quick to reply and came round to assess the fault. He quickly identified the issue and booked us in quickly. His team were excellent and the job was completed in a better of days. I would highly recommend Danny and his team, great work, clean and tidy. Top job.

Danny was very reliable and punctual and kept me fully updated. The lads doing the job were courteous and did an excellent job. Would definitely use Danny again for any roof work like this. He came out very promptly for the initial quote too.
