This is a review for Amina who works at HSBC St Annes - she was absolutely amazing with me and my wife in terms of opening up a bank account for me. she made the entire process very easy and made us feel extremely comfortable. she did not get tired of answering our several questions! she is a credit to the team!

Today I have been for the second time at Manchester HSBC and I was so lucky to be looked after by Tony for the second time in 2 months , I literally sort my issues very quickly and in a very professional manner, I really hope I can have more staff like him ! Very happy even my first visit but unfortunately did not receive the email to leave the review do I decide to write on here ! Thank you again for today !
