I recently visited this branch and had an issue with the machine when depositing cash. A lovely agent called Neil was extremely helpful. Neil followed up on my query the next day and recommended an additional service to help me mitigate non-sterling fees. I was very pleased with this service. I had such a lovely experience in the branch today. Toby was so helpful and friendly. Quite honestly over the past couple of years I have felt so disappointed at the lack of service, However today’s experience was like a breath of fresh air.
