From the moment we booked to the moment we vacated, Michael was the perfect host. We slept like logs in the comfy beds; enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast each morning and found the hotel ideally placed to walk into and from the centre of Llandudno. The Wifi was complimentary; a little slow in Room 11 but much faster downstairs in the bar and residents lounge (over looking the sea). We had 2 rooms at the rear of the hotel but you can choose rooms with sea views and all are excellent value. Staff are very friendly and accommodating; nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is immaculate and there are heavenly aromas near the inner hallway and lift. Michael made us feel at home and we are grateful to him for his kindness and understanding during our time of homelessness! We would not hesitate to stay again and again and again x
Gilbert Gillan, Hinton Interiors, continues to provide a truly exceptional service from the initial consultation, either on-site or at the showroom in Craig-y-Don, through to completion of the work required. Gilbert very quickly understood what we wanted to achieve with the interior design to our restaurant even down to the smallest detail of the dining room door handle. Gilbert offers a wealth of knowledge and experience covering all aspects of interior design and his customer service skills are second to none. The latest designs of wallpaper and fabrics are always available for you to peruse giving you the ideal opportunity to update your surroundings every year!
