I have gone to Tom Tully & Daughters for a number of years, they are a true family business with real family values at the heart of their business. I rang them lunch time re a flat tyre, I didn't know the tyre size, they ordered in different sizes to make sure they could help. The tyre was checked & fitted in no time. I asked re another tyre which I thought may have had a slow puncture, they checked the tyres, no slow puncture, they inflated all tyres. A less reputable garage would have charged for a second tyre. The staff there are super friendly, polite, respectful & professional. They worked quickly & efficiently, I didn't have to leave the car. I drive from the other end of Liverpool to give them my business. I trust them, they show their honesty & integrity every time. I would recommend Tom Tully & Daughters with out any hesitation. Well done for sharing your teams family values.

Excellent service. Needed 2 new tyres. Davey ordered tyres and they were there next day. All pressures were done on all tyres and I had a free brake test. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff so nice. Would recommend Tom Tully to everyone. Thank you so much.

Fantastic service from everyone at Tom Tully and Daughters. They promised to examine a tyre with a slow puncture that a local garage had said was beyond repair to see if it could be saved with a hot vulcanised repair and if not fit a brand new tyre. As it happened they managed to repair the tyre at a fraction of the cost of a new one , clearly showing me the process and the specialist equipment as they went along, fascinating. Nice to see a family business clearly putting the specific needs of their customers above profits, unlike some outfits I could mention. Very helpful, knowledgeable people, I would recommend them highly and will definitely be coming back again 😄😄😄

From the initial enquiry, to the fitting of the alarm system , the explanation of how to use it and then the follow up and after service provided, everything was professional, easy to understand and reliable. Couldn’t fault any of it nor would I use anyone else.

absolutely outstanding service, couldnt have asked for anything more, i got a flat tyre today about 3 ish ,in all this bad weather, managed to drive my car home, with my hazards on, once home, rang a garage, who on answering , asked what i wanted, i said im outside my house with a flat tyre, his response was , HAVE YOU SEEN THE WEATHER, my response was to hang up, i then foned , TOM TULLY AND DAUGHTERS, , who im very pleased to say , checked to see if they had my tyre in stock, (audi a 5) wasnt available till tomorrow, however at no cost to myself what so ever, he sent someone out to put my spare tyre on, what a service, needless to say , ill never go anywhere else. WELL DONE ,TOM TULLY AND DAUGHTERS X

Steve and Clark and the rest of the crew installed a central heating system for me over a period of 2 years starting in about 2015.
This length of time was my fault as I was getting extensions and other building work done.
We agreed a price and everything was more or less fine.
Any problems were quickly fixed.
Fast forward to the winter we just had, house if freezing downstairs. No answers from steve or clark.
So i get another recommended plumber called Allan.
I have radiators that are not sufficent for the size of my rooms downstairs.
So it cost me £1200 to get some radiators changed and some new piping done for where there were no radiators.
Allan also informed me that the boiler I have is a cheap one.
So thanks Steve and Clark for charging me £6500 for a cheap boiler and incorrect size rads.
