Looking tired, and bar staff weren't aware of buy 1 get one free drinks that should of been offered so I paid full price as they could not give me another drink after when it was realised by them after raised as a issue. Disappointing

An absolute treasure: Wonderful to look around, have a guided tour, and listen to a concert. Do not forget to look at the very old buildings around The Close, particularly the ones near Erasmus Darwin's House.
The hundreds of statues and gargoyles that adorn the walls of the cathedral are wonderful to see. Also, the resident Peregrine Falcon protecting its territory is absolutely marvelous.
Well worth a visit or two.
We attended the Johns' Boys Welsh Choir concert: several of the songs were so heartfelt that I had tears in my eyes.

We did the towers tour (Ā£18) per head which I thought was steep but TBF it was worth it. We were quite lucky cos there was only the 3 of us and we got 2 guides to ourselves - both of whom were incredibly knowledgeable. Great views and even though I hate heights it wasn't too bad. All very interesting. Recommended.
