There was excellent communication with Alan throughout the process and he provided me with various quotes so that I could decide on the job that I wanted. He gave me a start date and I appreciated that it was for 3 weeks later as he was already busy on jobs. He kept in touch and sent me a message to confirm the start date and time. He sent photos and videos of the job as I was not able to be there in person. I would recommend his company.
