A wonderful medieval cathedral, which I've been lucky enough to know all my life. I must comment on the one negative which is a shop at the west end of the nave. I can think of few things less appropriate within this holy place.

Amazing architectural achievement with outstanding level of details inside and out.<br><br>If you're visiting Lichfield, definitelly consider paying a visit. Everything is oversized, but the symmetry is everywhere and that makes it very pleasant to admire from both inside and outside. The tainted windows depict biblical stories painted in astonishingly vivid colors.
