We have just had our furniture moved from our house in France into store in England and so far everything has gone very well. Ben and the other office staff were very helpful and made sure we had the appropriate documenttion for customs etc. Michael and Simon were very well organised and careful with our posessions and did a superb job of emptying our house far more quickly than we thought was possible. We found the pricing to be very competitive for the service that is provided.

I had great experience from start to finish with Franklins. We had our items removed from our house (whilst we weren't there), stored for 3 months, then imported into the EU at a later date. I was supported through the various (and at times complex) steps with clear, friendly and simple communications, and help was provided whenever requested. Franklins did exactly what they said they would, without fuss or complications. Our items arrived carefully packed and in good condition. Thank you guys!
