I had my first Viessmann boiler installed by ECA in March 2013 (see review on Page 5). With the regular annual servicing carried out by Eddie it proved to be a wise investment. This year I decided to upgrade to a boiler having the latest technological improvements. The exchange was carried out with the usual efficiency that I had come to expect.
Over the nine years they have honoured all appointment times and quotes and carried out all the work to a very high standard.
How comforting it is to know, that when needed, you can rely on a friendly first-class service.

Lichfield Cathedral is one of the most iconic cathedrals in the UK. The structure, the design, the interior layout, and other historical figures are extraordinary and amazing. It was my first time to visit this city so I decided to go around the town. The maintenance of the grass is greener and well kept healthy.

I recently hired Franklins Removals for the removal of my mum's holiday apartment in the Alps back to the UK. My initial telephone chat with Emma was very friendly and reassuring, and subsequent email correspondence with Ben was prompt and thorough. Michael and Simon were our onsite removal team and provided us with an extremely professional, friendly and speedy service. They communicated well in advance regarding their estimated arrival time and not even an unexpected snowfall delayed their schedule. They even braved the weather with shorts! All in all, a remarkably stress-free experience. Not what you would usually expect from any type of move :) Many thanks to all the Franklins team.
