I don't know where to start...couldn't recommend high enough! I have had both Penny and Jamilah look after my troublesome toenail and they both made me feel so calm & comfortable during the procedure and aftercare. I had toenail removal surgery and my toe has taken a long time to heal (due to my toddler treading on my toe post procedure) but everyone at Penny Bayley Podiatry including Michelle their lovely receptionist were always quick to respond to my queries and really looked after me. The procedure and the aftercare were brilliant! I'm going to sound cheesey now, but they are foot angels. My only regret is that I didn't book in sooner.

Recently had toenail surgery on both of my big toes due to Ingrowing toe nails. Penny and staff were superb with the service that I received. Penny explained the whole procedure to me before and during step by step. So professional, polite, caring and amazing service. I could not fault anything. Thank you so much. I had a partial nail avulsion 6 weeks ago with Penny, for an issue with my nail that I'd tolerated for years. The avulsion was completely pain-free under local anaesthetic. Amazing! Now that the healing process is almost complete, I'm looking forward to my first pain-free summer in years. Penny and her colleagues were very professional, calm and reassuring. We'll done, girls!

Offer an excellent professional service with pleasant, efficient and helpful reception staff.
My 84 year old mother attended her first ever podiatry appointment in June 23 and was delighted with the service provided by Penny. She now has no pain and is happy with her feet for the first time in years.
She has since attended a review appointment and will continue to do so regularly.
Highly recommended.
