We have visited the Cathedral many times but never had a guided tour. What a brilliant experience, Graham our guide gave us the full history of the building, explaining stories of the construction and pointing out items of interest we would never have seen without a guide. Thank you Graham, we were so impressed with your knowledge.

Prefer to visit the surrounding houses and the Cathedral Close.A really nice and interesting part of Lichfield.The Cathedral itself is very inspiring and they do try and provide entertainment occasionally.We took our grandchildren to see the "Snowman" at the Cathedral some time ago which was a great atmosphere and we'll organised.

Bit of a nightmare to get to (roadworks- end August 2023). Well worth the visit though. Oodles to see, but beware, plenty of walking. Still, disabled people are well catered for. Very respectfully laid out. Give yourself 1/2 day at least. Restaurant ok+ the obligitory gift shop. Will try to visit again sometime.
