It's absolutely amazing. I came to Penny with such bad feet due to my diabetes. She has made my feet do much better and with the aid of new bespoke insoles it's made a huge difference. Always polite and have a good chat with both Penny and Michelle. Highly, highly recommend Penny Bayley podiatry, I can't thank them enough.

I visited Penny regarding a painful ingrowing toenail. The process of nail removal was explained fully, and the surgery was performed shortly afterwards. I cannot fault the whole process before and after the surgery. Both Penny and Michelle are professional and caring. I recommend this business to anyone.

I am so pleased I found Penny! I have arthritis in both feet and walking had become so painful. Penny has given me excellent advice on footwear and has made me some bespoke orthotics. The difference is unbelievable.

My wife reached out to Penny after multiple failed attempts of over the counter verrucae treatments. We opted to go for the swift Microwave therapy and Penny was so patient and understanding with my daughter. The results are phenomenal! The aftercare has also been amazing and Michelle on reception has been so lovely too in recommending life style changes. Lastly, after some concerns with our daughter’s walking gait, Penny went above and beyond to asses her during a swift therapy appointment. She was thorough and honest in her suspicion of scoliosis. She wrote to our GP and after hospital appointments and scans it is confirmed that Penny was spot on! We are awaiting options of treatment. Thank you so much, any patient you treat are lucky to be in your safe hands.
