This place is just out of this world! It has been well thought about as there are lots of things to see, cater for children really well with the different play areas and was impressed with the sensory play area. Lots of memorials to see and each one has a fascinating story behind it. Would recommend a trip on the land train as there is lots to see but are given information about memorials & gardens whilst slowing down or stopping via land train. All staff at this venue are so helpful and friendly - nothing is too much trouble. The customer service at this venue is absolutely excellent! Cannot fault anything at all.

We went to visit several sites, including the BSAP, RAF and the main areas. All areas are clearly marked and easy to find. the grounds are tidy and well kept.

Well laid out area. Easy to walk around. Recommend taking the Land Train on your first visit as there is a lot of information gained from the onboard commentary. Plenty of seating at various points around the area. Good cafeteria and helpful, knowledgeable staff.

The only cost is £6 to park in the very well organised car park. A beautiful place with so many stunning memorial pieces to see. A vast area, but there is a land train tour for those less physically able. So well presented, so peaceful..........so moving. There are plenty of helpful guides around if you would like more background information.
We had lunch in the restaurant......2 very nice good quality sandwiches, hot chips, 2 cakes and 2 hot drinks for just over £19, which we didn't feel was unreasonable. There is also a coffee shop.
The gift shop was a little pricy. I would've purchased some postcards, but I didn't feel the photographs on them truly reflected the beauty of the place.....the photos I took with my phone were much nicer.
Our visit lasted 2.5 hours, however you could spend no end of time walking, looking, reading and reflecting. A lovely place to spend time.

A lovely tribute to all that have served, the grounds are well maintained by volunteers. A friendly cafe, which allows dogs to sit with you, a well equipped gift shop which is reasonably priced.. As my husband and myself are veterans we were honoured to see our cap badges represented there. A Quiet, peaceful place to reflect. Thank you all which has made this place possible.

A wonderful park to learn, reflect and relax. 400 regimental memorial, all with a story to tell. A beautiful mai Raines tribute to those who served. Some impressive works of art included and the volunteers are wonderfully engaging and knowledgeable. Heart warming to see so many many parents bringing kids to understand sacrifices made

decent sized car park. was surprised to see lots of cars there. seems a lot of people come here. those were my thoughts when parking up. i mainly had those thoughts as i had thought this attraction was a small one. i thought i would be there no more than 25/30 minutes. we were there for over 2 hours and looking at the photos on here, we still missed things.

Of course this is a place to appreciate and to respect but it was still a nice walk. So many tributes, statues, gardens all clearly displaying who or what they are representing.

We never went on the land train but on another visit we will to listen to the information.

A return visit is definitely happening for us. The staff are friendly and willing to explain about the memorials. The entrance with the cafe and shop showed me it was a bigger deal than i had originally thought right from the start.

Well worth visiting and afterwards we popped into nearby Lichfield for another look at the amazing cathedral before dinner in the same town.

We had a great day out. Recommended attraction. You have two new supporters,

Stunning area with some amazing memorials, we cannot fault the staff in anyway. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The grounds cover a vast area, so big in fact that we didn’t have the energy to see everything. The shop has some great items and I could have bought one of everything if my wife would have let me. I would recommend this memorial to all ages but older people might need assistance.
