Firstly i’d like to give a big thank you to Penny. For over 5 years I was suffering with stubborn verrucas on the bottom of my right foot which started affecting my self-esteem as I became very self-conscious about my feet & the way they looked. I started my first treatment in March 2021 & with 3/4 months, all verrucas were gone. I was amazed by the results because I spent so much money for years buying over the counter treatments which didn’t work. I will definitely recommend PB Podiary to anyone I know with feet problems as she’s super friendly, easy to talk to & very professional. Thanks again Penny

Penny thank you so much looking after me and make me feel comfortable every time when ever I had appointment.
My feet much much better than before also thank you so much for insoles too. I can walk more and my feet does not have pain as much use to be.
I actually walk 3 mile in one go n my feet does not hurts.my insoles are very big help too 👍🤗

If I could give more than 5 stars I would have done. Yesterday I visited Penny I've been having so much problem with walking as ive been in so much pain in both feet that I had virtually stopped walking out. As soon as I stood up Penny identified the problem, she made the orthotics to fit my shoes having to build them up to suit my feet to rectify the problem. She did my nails etc and I walked home some 20 mins without any pain in my feet. They are strange when I first put them on but I soon got used to them. Thank you so, so much Penny i just can't thank you enough see you in January.

I would like to thank Penny Bailey Podiatry. Penny treated me using the “Swift Microwave Therapy “ method to fix the bad case of Verruca I had. I was rather doubtful this would work but it has 👍. The Swift method does take some time in fact but be patient. It really does work. I had tried other treatment methods in the past but none did the job.
Penny is a very warm and understanding person making the whole process as easy and comfortable as possible. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Penny for a couple of months now as I was having a lot of pain and discomfort from Achilles tendinopathy. Penny listened to me really well then observed my gait and my range of movement. She then provided me with a treatment plan and orthotics. I have also had a series of laser therapy sessions which have helped enormously with the pain and discomfort. I can now walk and sleep without pain which is great as it was really getting me down. I highly recommend.

Well the day had come, for my Ingrowning toenail to be looked at ,which I wasn't looking forward to .How ever after meeting my podiatrist Penny she made me feel a lot less nervous about the procedure,as I'm not very good with needles .Firstly she used a machine to test the blood flow in my foot .She gently cleaned the big toe, which was very tender to touch ,but she really was gentle and honestly never felt a thing ,she explained to me that she was going to have to give a injection in my toe ,three injections later my toe was numb ,and i honestly I never felt anything ,bit of a slight scratch and within mins the procedure was done .,all cleaned and instant Relief to my toe . Absolutely first class professional service highly recommend Penny Baily Podiatry

Recently visited Penny following an Achilles’ tendon rupture for laser therapy. Attended Penny’s clinic 4 weeks after full rupture given my foot was very swollen and painful. Although a little cynical about the laser therapy I noticed an immediate improvement both in pain and swelling reduction. This continued after every visit (6 treatments in total).
Very pleased with the treatment given the very noticeable improvement in pain relief, swelling and improvement in the Achilles rupture. Penny was extremely helpful and also provided me with physiotherapy exercises. Thoroughly recommend PB Podiatry. Thank you Penny.

I recently contacted PB Podiatry regarding our 13 year old son who is Autistic with high anxiety. He needed a toe procedure which we knew would be difficult due to a fear of needles and has huge trust issues. He did not have a good experience with the NHS due to time constraints and we needed someone who could give him time to build trust, allow him time to process information, ask questions ( He asked lots) be in control with regards to nothing being done to him without him saying it was OK. From our first contact over the phone we felt reassured that they would be able to support him. It was agreed nothing would be forced or done without him agreeing to it. We had emails and text messages informing us of our appointment and information needed for it. On the day of the appointment from the moment we got their both Penny and Michelle were amazing from asking if the room lightening, heat and sound was ok. Penny discussed everything with him, reassuring him constantly. She knew when to talk, when to give him time to process and allow quiet when needed. It took our son so long to have the needle and in no way did he feel pressure to rush it or even do it if he was unable to. Penny was able to complete his toe surgery something we were unsure if he could do. We will forever be grateful to Penny for such a wonderful experience and understanding his needs. We also thank Michelle for her support throughout too and our lovely cup of tea. It is so hard to find somewhere for our son to go to have his procedure with his needs but have found a fabulous place with a wonderful team. Thank you PB Podiatry ❤
