As an ex military man I found this an extremely interesting visit and I would have spent longer but I had to be at friends by a certain time. There were memorials to a huge number of regiments, organisations and public services which deserved a longer viewing. My only drawback was there are not enough hard paths and we had to walk over waterlogged grass to get to view everything. So top tip: Well worth the visit but go when it's dry and hasn't been raining for sometime.

Such a good day out. Lovely informative staff. The grounds are kept beautifully.<br>Cafe has good quality food and homemade cake.<br>Somehow the feeling of serenity and peace is always felt here.

Very moving experience. The whole grounds are very well maintained and cared for. Our Sunday lunch was excellent and good value for money. Great shop and helpful and friendly staff. A very good and inspirational day.

Visited (again) on Weds 28th March. As ever the staff and volunteers were attentive and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good as was the service. This is a lovely place to visit although to fully appreciate all the memorials it's best done in decent weather or at least no rain!! In the words of a certain well known actor..I'll be back..
