Laura (The owner) provided a fantastic service for my sister-in-law who is a Spanish speaker, and required hearing aids. Laura could not have been more' patient and clear, explaining everything in the simplest of terms. As others have written here, as well as being professional, she is a very kind person. Both my wife and myself came to see Laura. My wife initially came to have wax clearance but Laura also carried out a hearing test. I myself came in for a hearing test as having worked in industry and construction all my life I wanted to check my hearing was still okay.
Laura is very professional but welcoming. She explained everything that was happening to both my wife with the ear wax removal and also to my wife and myself with the hearing tests. We both wouldn't hesitate to recommend Laura - her approach and professionalism is very calming, especially to patients who are a little nervous. Thank you Laura for your help and care.
