His knowledge and reputation are second to none and his advice is always logical and sound. The team treat you and your vehicle with respect and they never take advantage. Mark is always looking to find solutions to your cars problems in the most cost effective way, always looking at how to save you money without compromising on quality.Once you understand their ethos, you won't want to take your car anywhere else and will have no regrets. Booked my Mercedes C300 in for a B1 service and Mot on Friday 27th Oct 2023, it's the 1st time using this garage. The business was recommended to me after having my first 2 services via main dealer and the costs were rising. From the time i booked it in very polite and informative as to what work they'll be doing to picking it up on time fully valeted. The work they did was fully detailed on the paperwork i received with everything uploaded onto the Mercedes digital service record as well. I'm afraid the main dealer has lost a customer and ACMS will be getting all my business from now on. Highly recommend and will be letting all friends and family not to hesitate using this garage.
