We have just returned from a holiday of a lifetime to Thailand, which Louise helped us to plan and book. Other travel agents were only offering a two centre package deal, but we approached Louise who helped us to plan a bespoke itinerary, at a very competitive price. Not only did Louise book our chosen destinations, she is also very knowledgeable about the products she is selling, and suggested some alternative places to visit and ideas of trips which we could have included. Louise helped to organise everything, even down to checking us in and choosing our seats on the plane for us, which was really appreciated as it was one less thing to think about prior to departure!
Whilst in the past we have tended to book with larger travel agencies, this time we felt like we weren’t just “one of a number” and that Louise genuinely cared about the service she was providing to her customers. It was also reassuring to know that she would be on hand to provide assistance should it have been needed whilst we were away.
I would definitely use Louise Patrick - Not Just Travel again, and would have no hesitation in recommending her to family and friends.

As I have a big birthday coming up this year, I decided to celebrate in style with a couple of girlfriends. The Norwegian Fjords were on our bucket list so we reached out to Louise to find us a spring cruise to see the best of the waterfalls. Louise was a wealth of knowledge, having done the same cruise herself. She gave us hints and tips on trips to take andthe best package to go for. She responded quickly to any questions and sorted an amazing package for us on MSC. We have just returned and we all agreed that the trip far exceeded our expectations. The ship was beautiful, service spectacular and food truly amazing. The scenery that we experienced though, was beyond words. I would highly recommend and am already speaking to Louise about another cruise next year.

Louise to the rescue! One massive reason I will always use a Travel Agent and particularly someone like Louise who cares passionately about what she does, is when you need massive help she is there! I booked a Mediterranean cruise with Louise a couple of days ago. I then realised I had booked the wrong cruise!! Louise stepped in, albeit Late at night and resolved the whole issue without a problem whatsoever! Wonderful service. Thanks again Lou x

Booking our recent trips with Louise has been an extremely easy and "stress-free" process. Our most recent trip was to Iceland, a place we’d never visited before. Reaching out to Louise with a rough idea of what we wanted to achieve. Louise then researched and provided 3 options – she was so knowledgeable which was invaluable for me to book the right tours and getting an action packaged itinerary to all the best sights.
Importantly with Louise don’t just think that it has to be custom itinerary holiday – TUI / Jet2 style family holidays and cruises – all no problem too!
Not to mention also that well it’s cheaper than booking directly with the main stream providers! Even if like my wife you like to “browse” for holidays, simply find the one you like and Louise I’m sure would be able to find the same package or even better alternatives.
Everything is secure and ATOL protected just like it would be booking direct with other providers.
I’d 100% recommend Louise to anyone booking a holiday – total no brainer!!
