I would go as far as stating that Andrew Downing Booth must be one of the best agents in the entire country! I received top class service and value so I have no reservations in recommending this company. Some agents will just give you what you paid for and no more but Andrew Downing Booth goes way beyond what you would expect. 10 out of 10 in my opinion.

From the moment we met Andy he was honest, fair and professional. He went above and beyond continually from the photography to the exchange day keeping us updated with brilliant communication.
We ended up selling and buying through Andy and In what was at times a stressful chain, The teams continual chasing and communication made life so much easier for us. I can honestly not say enough good things about Andy and the team, Andy genuinely cares so much about his clients and it really reflects in his work.
This service has made me realise the importance of a good estate agent that you can trust, anyone can sell your house but the aftercare and sale progression is so important, we will never opt for another estate agent and I would recommend them to everyone.

Andrew Downing Booth are the best estate agents we have dealt with. They are really reliable, friendly, efficient and organised. Helen Kent is excellent at communicating and kept us updated throughout the buying process. Jake Jervis showed us around the property and was involved from start to finish, providing good advice and keeping us in the loop with everything.
