What an amazing little place!! We visited with family and really loved looking at all the animals. It was good value too, especially with children as there is also a kids play area. The staff were all really friendly and helpful but a big shout out to Holly who happily chatted to us whilst holding an enormous owl on her arm. She is obviously so passionate about animals, it was so lovely to talk to her. This is a great few hours out for all ages. There is a cafe and farmshop just outside with toilets too. Definitely recommended.

We did the climb on the chime tour. Such a wonderful experience. We climbed up into the heart of the cathedral and took in the spectacular views. My kids and I were amazed. The tour guides, George and Saundra, were so knowledgeable and easy to talk too. This cathedral is absolutely stunning. Thank you for such a great day.

I knew I was in need of aids but had no experience as to what to expect and to be honest the cost. Laura was very professional and friendly and I took the recommended aids home on trial. They were comfy and did improve my high frequency reception. At the end of the trial I was still unsure if they gave me enough perceived benefit. So Laura was happy for me to go and think about it but said I should get some, even if they were cheap ones in order to condition my ears for the future. I went to a main high street supplier who’s recommended own brand was like a couple of tin cans on my ears with awful performance and wind noise. At that point I decided that Laura was the best for me who welcomed me back and tailored the care package to suite me. I got my aids just in time for my daughter’s wedding where they performed perfectly. I would not hesitate in recommending Laura to anyone, it’s not just about the aid or its cost, but the care, understanding and professionalism.
