Excellent service from start to finish. Gavin came out to measure up and provide advice on the best option for a replacement garage door for my property. He was really friendly and informative and we settled on the electric compact roller garage door, which was surprisingly cheaper than I would have thought. Within 2 weeks I had my new door! The installer guys were really pleasant and kept me informed throughout the fit. Once installed, they guided me through how to operate the remote fob and the plug in base unit. They were really tidy to the point that you would never know that they had just replaced the whole garage door and wooden frame, which they also took away! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to replace your garage door. A well deserved 5 stars from me!

First off, I’ve visited several times and the place is a fantastic memorial to Armed Forces. I fully support the purpose of it.
However, the event they run yearly with thousands of motorbikes arriving, blocks the roads, especially the already roadwork riddled A38, motorbikes weaving in and out of traffic, people severely delayed to get to appointments and unsure how any emergency vehicles could get through. Already an accident on the other side involving cars. Never seen traffic this bad on the A38 and it made me late for a medical appointment.
I called the office to explain my concerns but signal almost immediately my signal dropped, so I ended the call, not sure if they thought someone just called up and hung up (there was no signal). The next day on a Sunday!! I had a random call from their Events Director ‘a courtesy call’ which I hadn’t asked for, seems like they were annoyed at people giving feedback. Very strange experience and not necessary, almost as if they don’t like people giving feedback, so it’s getting added here. It’s put me off visiting again.
