We bought a house through Andrew Downing-Booth and it was Andy's hard work and determination that pushed the complicated chain we were in through. He worked round the clock keeping us up to date and couldn't do more to help. We're happily settled in to our new house now with no immediate plans to move but when we do we know exactly which estate agent we're going to use!

We decided to go with Andrew Downing-Booth in the hope that being with an independent agent would mean a better service and we weren't disappointed. Andrew was very quick to come out to meet us and value the property, providing a very reasonable/realistic price. He and the team were able to pull together a very professional set of photos and sales brochure and get our house on the market within a few days. They arranged a load of viewings, vetted the offers and the house was sold within the week. The team were very proactive in chasing solicitors and communicating with the other parties and estate agents in the chain. Andrew and Luci always seemed to be available when we needed to contact them (no matter what time) and never needed to remind themselves of our case, they knew the state of play and were able to answer our questions or provide an update there and then.
We would highly recommend Andrew and his team, they were very personable, extremely professional and provided an excellent service during a very busy period for house sales due to the stamp duty holiday.

What a refreshingly personal service! My previous experiences of estate agents always led me to wonder what I am actually paying for but Andy and his team have earned every penny they get from our sale (and their fee was extremely reasonable). I have felt looked after throughout the whole process, with someone always at the other end of the phone when I needed anything and nothing was too much trouble. The forward thinking approach to how Andy runs his business is to be commended within an industry that is so stuck in 'old ways'. I would certainly say this is the best and most complete service I have ever experienced from an estate agents. Thanks Andy!

Andrew, is a real star, not only does he keep you up to date with everything that you need to know but he goes well beyond his remit. When other Estate Agents ignore you Andrew investigates, sorts out the problems and keeps you in the loop. For him it is not just the commission it is customer service and he is an expert in this field because he puts himself in the customers shoes and knows how to deal with difficult situations. A really nice and polite guy who also looks like a true professional. My wife and I wish him all the best for the future, the world is a better place for people like Andrew Downing Booth.

I first encountered Andy and his team when I viewed and subsequently put an offer in on a property they were selling. Every interaction with them was exactly what I needed, honest, professional and helpful. It was because of this I decided to get my own house valued with them, Andy came round for the valuation without much delay and supplied a fair price explaining his rational and the company ethos. I also had another estate agent come to value my house, not only did I have to wait weeks for the appointment, but he also significantly undervalued it (especially considering what I actually got), that interaction confirmed to me that I wanted to sell my house with Andy. The actual sales process was great, I loved the online portal, where I could obsessively check how many views I'd had. I spoke to Luci, Jo or Andy most days in the two weeks it took to sell my property. They gave sound advice and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Once the house was sold it didn't stop there, I had calls just to keep me updated with how things were progressing and after a really smooth 3 months, Andy helped push the exchange through making sure there were no issues. I 100% would recommend Andrew Downing-Booth Estate agents, I feel they worked for their money and were instrumental in ensuring a smooth selling journey for me. You always hear horror stories about estate agents, but Andy and the team showed me that there are good ones in the bunch too.

We Purchased our new home from Andrew booth estate agents, and I can honestly say if it wasn't for Andy and his team I honestly think our chain would have collapsed on many occasions. Andy was the only estate agent in the very long chain pro-actively chasing and following up the entire chain. We personally made the mistake of using Purple Bricks so effectively Andy did the job of two estate agents, as often he was over seeing our sale as well.
Andy is fantastic and would have absolutely no doubts in recommending friends and family to sell their house with him.
