So sad that we have visited here a number of times and visited the farm across from here and love a return visit but after today we won't be in a rush to return to the farm shop!
We understand the school holidays are a busy time but the staff were so rude,sharp and miserable today it's really put us off the place! I was told to " move " while standing in the que to pay by the old lady working there no excuse me or please or thank you! The staff serving were rude with no manners or customer service skills it's a shame that this is what makes your customers not want to return!

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Laura who is extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. I was given so much information about my hearing loss and it's possible cause, I felt very confident going ahead with some custom made hearing aids. In my opinion Laura is the very best audiologist I have met and I thoroughly recommend her.
