Arrived today with my best friends to get a wedding dress and left with not only a stunning wedding dress that made the bride look and feel gorgeous, but also feeling overjoyed with the quality of service.
The lady who served us was so kindhearted and truly made the whole experience memorable, her dresses are top notch and her store is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable, truly gave us such a welcoming and supportive environment anyone would love to have. She deserves 5 stars for the experience she helped create, i will cherish the photos we took at the end and the time we spent toghether forever.
If you're looking for a wedding dress and unsure of where to shop or what to get or want a place private for you and your family/friends to look for dresses definitely go here, the dresses here are so gorgeous and she will really bring you out of your shell, you'll look like a princess and feel like one too.

Phenomenal service and I’m not kidding!
Firstly a huge thank you to Bev in the office who must have been sick to death of hearing from me with date changes, location changes, it was very stressful. However Bev was cool as a cucumber and just kept finding solutions.
When we finally got a date it was faster than a greyhound out of the gate racing for the hare! I mean literally five days and it was all systems go.
The lads, LEWIS, MICHAEL, ZAC, JAMIE F, KEIRAN and JAMIE G were the best.
They arrived at 8am, raring to go, polite, professional and incredibly understanding about my horrendous neighbour next door who would complain about anything!
They reassured me and got stuck in, NOTHING I mean NOTHiNG was too much trouble for these lads.
We, I say we, they realised we were going to need reinforcements and another lorry, the boxes just kept coming, literally.
Again, not an issue and if by magic, another lorry and another two lads.
These lads all grafted from
8am until 7.45pm when we finally unloaded the last box.
We made sure we fed and watered the team, they didn’t expect it but it was our absolute pleasure to provide breakfast and tea for these lads.
We were recommended to Franklins and we WILL be doing the same! We went with them also because they are FAMILY owned and it clearly shows!
