Jamie was amazing friendly and very professional. Our Will was not straight forward as not married and Partners house, I had invested money into this for renovations. Straight away he told us what we needed and explained the reason why to protect both parties. WILL WRITING SERVICE
My wife & I tasked Accord to assist with writing new wills, the initial booking & in turn the telephone appointment to take the details etc. were very good & efficient, sadly from there it’s been downhill.
Going on 5 months since the will consultation we have heard nothing, zero contact, not even an email or receipt for the monies paid.
I have since called them twice to be told firstly they sent the document in the post, that old chestnut, a legal document without recorded delivery, however they will send again recorded & email me a copy, yet nothing arrived, I have called again today & low & behold they can seem to access my file but will call me back! I eagerly await the next story but for now my advice is don’t touch them with a barge pole !
For clarity this was arranged with the Blue Light Scheme & although free a further storage fee was paid.

After speaking with Aleena & posting this I now have email copies & awaiting paper copies, shame it took this & my time to reach a conclusion.

At first I would have given five stars. Making the will was easy and they were helpful. But I have been trying to alter will since the beginning of June. I phoned the office to enquire about how much to alter our wills and was told by a Young man to email my request which I did. I heard nothing. Phoned and a young lady told me she would find out and call me back, never happened.

Since my first review I have been contacted by head of partnership. I explained what had been going on and he looked into it. It turned out that my emails had a letter missing, instead of wills I had put will in the email. So they had not received them and they had not come back to me undelivered. Over the last couple of days he has sort out the alterations we want and sent us a draft to approve. This done he has said he will have them done first thing Monday. So yes I fully recommend the company because they were brilliant at first, and we got to the bottom of the problems getting alterations. Thank you Ed Stojanvic.

Good service.
Be mindful it will take 8-12 weeks to receive your will.
Mine came dead-on 12 weeks.
They are a small family run business so keep that in mind.
Had the free NHS Will service.
On receipt I had to amend a few things, but within a day via email, all updates made, proof seen and agreed and next day received the updated version.
Would be 5 stars if wasn’t for the long wait, but once received, all is good. Thank you

From the outset dealt with very Professionally.
I contacted Accord in December 2023 and dealt with Debbie Fairhurst over the telephone who from the outset was so switched on and knowledgeable, nothing too much trouble every question i asked her was given full attention and dealt with very professionally.
Myself and my wife also wanted our finances reviewing, Estate, Wills, and Power of Attorney looking into.
Debbie dealt with all the issues raised and sent via post a full written report for our records, everything was explained and detailed in such a manner that it was easy to follow and digest.
We have been kept up to date with progress of the transaction whenever possible and hopefully all will be completed soon.
Even though we have never met Debbie personally, it seems we have known her for years very easy going but confident in her actions, clearly a well studied person.
Personally i would highly recommend Debbie Fairhurst and Accord Legal Services.
