Much Thanks and gratitude to the wonderful team at Howell’s Undertakers. We had to say our Goodbyes to our Uncle Wilf yesterday and from start to finish the team were amazing. It was only a small funeral but it was so special. Everything was handled with compassion respect and professionalism. They made a difficult time a little easier for our family. Lichfield crematorium is small but lovely and felt relaxed and private. The extra special little touches were really appreciated. Also Judy the celebrant got Wilf’s life story perfectly. Stella showed such empathy before, during and after my mom's service. She took the time to come to our house to understand the person my mom was and what she meant to her family and friends. The service was exactly what we expected and was a wonderful tribute to my mom. Stella was kind enough to print a copy of the whole service and deliver it to us after the service which is a wonderful memento for us to keep. Stella is a kind, compassionate person and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for some one to guide them through such a difficult time

We found Stella online as we looked for a non-religious but meaningful full tribute to our late mother. Stella was professional showing empathy and taking the time to learn about our Mum, including speaking to friends and family in person and on the phone. At a difficult time when organising and speaking at a funeral can be an immense challenge, we depended on Stella to take charge of the Tribute and service structure. She delivered wonderfully and we'll be forever grateful.
