Myself and my husband would definitely recommend Andrew Downing Booth as a great estate agent. We had many dealings with the lovely estate agent Karen Tew. Nothing was too much for her. We had 4 people in our chain and Karen went out of her way to ensure everyone was kept updated and informed. She was very helpful, friendly, polite and professional. Her knowledge was exemplary and she had the best interest for her clients at heart. We would definitely recommend Andrew Downing Booth as an estate agent you can trust.

We had a great experience selling our late mum's property with Andrew Downing Booth.
Within 2 weeks of making contact we were on the market with brilliant advertising and photography. We agreed a sale within one week and the whole process completed within 7 weeks.
The whole team are really friendly and gave us excellent advice throughout the process.
A shout out to Karen who kept everything moving along at a rapid pace with frequent updates.

helpful, very lovely, kind and always ready to help, all the explanations Karen and Grace was guiding me through it was so great, and always clarified everything what I didn't understood, or wasn't sure about. Karen and Grace was always there when I called and needed a help, well there was always some one, who picked up the phone straight away when I was calling ,I never had to call twice! And all the communication was excellent through emails as well.
