Franklins moved us from Berlin to Oxford end of July. A million thanks especially to Paul and Lee whom are not giving up on anything to make it happen!!! We had faced such difficulties due to unforeseen building sites towards our road, but thanks to your both determination it all got done! Big shout out to Bev too, who supported through the whole cumbersome process and sorted all paperwork and millions of questions. Absolutely brilliant you all are !!! Thank you

Irriplacable childhood memories and a filing cabinet with files were lost, and my mirror was broken.
By far the worst experience I've had with any company in my life. Please think twice before using this service for your property and read this in it's entirety before trusting them.
To start off, communication was insanely bad - my questions went unanswered many times and when I made my payment they didn't respond to me for a week, making me believe I might be scammed - but no, their communication was simply awful. I had to ask multiple times for things and my requests were not met over and over.
The moving company arrived in the exact timeframe I requested them not to, making everything very complicated. When they arrived the movers were not told that they were supposed to walk 150m to collect my stuff, which I payed £400 extra for. They also confirmed they would never see any of that money - so where is that extra cost for that walk going??
Then, of the very little stuff they needed to move, they managed to loose my filing cabinet, break my mirror and also loose the only irriplacable item in my stuff - a box full of childhood memories. Drawings I made as a kid, raport cards from primary school, my entire identity was in that box.
Not just that, but we received 2 items that werent ours - a box with a lamp in it and a huge box of tools - you'd think it would be easy to figure out where my box went by tracing these two rogue boxes - but no, nothing was found.
They then don't respond to me until I send an e-mail twice and never follow up until I once again have to ask for clarification on what happened to my stuff a third time. My stuff was never found, they have been completely and utterly useless in communication regarding it and I would never recommend their services to anybody.
Edit: After making this review Franklins reached out to me saying they would try to find my stuff, which they did a few days later.
They found my stuff which got delivered about a month after, and sent me a refund for my mirror so I could get a new one.

Very happy with the work Jon did on our three-car block-paved driveway. He cleaned, treated, and re-sanded it thoroughly, and the results are fantastic. Large drive, rear patio and path cleaned and refurbished to a high standard by John. Very pleased with result, I arranged this for an elderly relative living on his own, gave John info verbally as I couldn't be there to meet John and show him where everything was that he needed. John arrived as agreed, on time and went the extra mile to ensure my relative was OK, he did a stirling job. I have no hesitation in recommending John , his attitude and attention to detail was superb.
